spinach & mint pie

This is one of my oldest recipes, and I’ve been meaning to share it with you ever since I started this blog, but for some reason I didn’t. However, apparently it’s time. Not that this spinach and mint pie is that extraordinary or unique. Probably every food blog in the world has a recipe similar to this one on it. But I won’t let that stop me from sharing my version. Reading the recipe, making this pie might sound like quite a process. But don’t let the amount of words fool you. morning tea #2

It’s time for our monthly cup of tea again. A lot has happened, mainly good, but also something terribly sad that I never expected to happen so close to home. Well, let’s not keep you in suspense longer than neccesary. tuna salad

This recipe has been on my to share list since forever. Well, that is a bit of an overstatement, but it has been over a year and a half. I have to admit that this recipe is not entirely my own. It’s another one of those things my mom used to make when there was a grown-up party at our house. As with all of my childhood recipes, this is my rendition of it. For years I have been just throwing a random amount of the ingredients together, adjusting this tuna salad to my taste in that particular moment.
